Data protection

The management of the Pronatal Sanatorium pays much more attention to this issue than the Act No. 101/2000 of the Coll. on personal data protection stipulates (which is generally applicable) as we are aware of the sensitivity of this area, namely in relation to assisted reproduction.

Data protection is one of the most intensively monitored processes of quality assurance as per the ISO EN 9001:200 standard. We have adopted a series of organisational and technical measures, starting with identification of patients and handling medical documentation, which excludes misuse, to digital data protection and general records-keeping. Each employee is regularly trained and is responsible for all personal data protection, and the same applies to external staff.
